List of ingredients
50 g of Marseille soap (grated or in flakes)
500 ml of hot water
2 tablespoons of baking soda
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
10 drops of essential oil (choice of: lemon, lavender, tea tree)
Instructions
Step 1: Preparation of the Soap
In a large saucepan, heat the water until it is hot but not boiling. Add the flakes or the grated Marseille soap. Stir until the soap is completely dissolved in the water.
Step 2: Adding Cleaning Agents
Once the soap is dissolved, add the baking soda and stir until it is completely incorporated. Bicarbonate helps to neutralize odors and strengthens the cleansing power.
Step 3: Incorporation of Vinegar
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly before adding the white vinegar. The vinegar adds a disinfectant action and helps to remove traces.
Step 4: Essential Oil
Add the drops of essential oil of your choice. They provide a pleasant fragrance and can have antibacterial properties.
Step 5: Bottling
Pour the solution into a clean bottle with a sprayer for easy application. You can also use a bottle with a cap to pour the cleaner directly on a cloth or sponge.
Uses
On surfaces : Spray the cleaner directly on the surface to be cleaned, leave on for a few minutes, then wipe with a clean cloth.
On floors : Add about 100 ml of this cleaner to a bucket of hot water to clean your floors.
Conservation
Store the cleaner at room temperature, away from direct light and heat. Shake well before each use.
This cleaner is ideal for many surfaces in the home and offers an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to commercial products.
